I just purchased the speed and power program and you guys have Conditioning days Monday, Thursday & Saturday. Now im a little confused. I'm always sending an email and you guys never respond. Also, I purchased the bands and it's been over two weeks and I haven't received them.
You just plan to your own schedule. It doesn't matter what day you it, just so long as you get 2-3 HIIT sessions a week, 2 strength sessions and 1 active recovery. Just make sure not to do 2 conditioning sessions in a row or 2 strength sessions in a row.
What about if i will mix a strength with endurance on the end of session. 4 example. I will do squats 5sets 5 reps deadlift 5 sets 5 reps. And the some Circuit endurance with body weight only push ups step up jumps Burpees pullps for example 100 reps each
