Our age doesn't have to define us, nor should it limit us. One of the best ways to defeat aging is to constantly challenge ourselves, whether in our workouts or how we live our lives.
Pardon me while I go off on a rant, but I'm not buying it when I hear friends, peers, and clients tell me that they just can't do the things they used to or that they want to turn back the clock but are not willing to do the work.
I've recently posted videos on how it's possible to put on new muscle or do intense cardio at any age. But you'll never accomplish either if you don't believe that you can. So, today, I address that issue.
