whats posted is not true and accurate for florida vs others....the hoa fee is way to low..{by hundreds}....the insurance is way too low.{now by law flood...car..and property}..the gas costs are missing...{fla is 7th highest in the country!}...this was more an info-mercial...
Phil I don’t think you watched the entire video. I talk about the variables in real estate and about the gas prices …that I googled on the day I did the video. I also say in the video that Fl is 5% higher than the national average according to paycheck.com and the comps are pulled from Zillow so each person can see that I just took numbers from there. All of the data that I pulled is from google and paycheck.com. The comparisons are from the top areas that people are moving here from. Of course it’s not the cheapest place to live. I’m just comparing to those specific cities that I showed in the comparison and I would hope that most people would understand that.
