I'm afraid you're spot on!! Same goes for all the car revival enthusiasts. Because of them, you can no long buy any sort of "old car" without having to sell a kidney first. I mean, I've seen a completely rusted out car, no floor pans, no motor and trans.... and the dude still was asking like 8 grand because 'he knew what he had."

The Depot is selling one for 24.97 in CT! When I started taking care of my first lawn 5 years ago, it was $12 😢 Our Agway had a deal at the beginning of Spring 2 for 30, so I stocked up!

I buy Sta-green at Lowe’s now. I’m not gonna pay 15-20 bucks for a 2500 square foot bag. I know of a Private Label Bio solid in my area for about 10-11 bucks. I use that in July because it will not burn my lawn even if we are not getting rain in the forecast.
