Back when I made candles, I had at least 100 scents. This time when I relaunch my candle business, I am not going to carry as many different scents at once. My plan is to make seasonal scents. When that season is over, I will not carry them again until the next year. I plan to have the best sellers year round. But we'll see if that works. Fingers crossed 🤞

@ShrutiAnilNarkhede it was just me and a friend. I was in my 20's and overly ambitious. Did it for 10 years but kids and all their activities kept me busy so the candles had to go. Now I'm ready to dive back in again.

Are you going to be reusing your FO? I remember hearing that the oils can expire. I think the avg is like one year. But i could be wrong.

I'm launching in June and I have 4 candle scents, 6 soap scents, 4 room spray scents, and home grown loofah sponges.

You do whatever feels best!! But if 12 is stressing you out it may help to only release half when you launch and then gradually add more over the subsequent months ☺️

I'm launching with 8 frangrances... But can you help me understand how do I start showcasing my candles... I don't understand the channels like if I have to go online(Instagram) or offline (weekend stalls).. Can you please suggest??

This is personal preference! I think everyone should have a website (or Etsy shop) for people to find them online. Even if you just sell locally I would still recommend having a website because it looks more professional to potential customers :)
