I'm 24 and have the same job and the same car. I did 60 months at 2.99%. Had the S5 for 2 years now and want to get an RS in a couple years. Congrats on the car!

Your videos actually helped me make a decision on my purchase. Ended up going for a 23' daytona grey s5 out here in Canada (We'll see how it holds up in Winter lol). Glad to see a fellow engineer doing well. Keep it up!

If found a low mile (9500 miles) 2018 S5 Prestige on a lease return about 18 months ago. It was out of warranty. Bought an extended bumper to bumper for about $4000. Got an APR stage 1 tune and APR intake (about 420hp, 550 tq on 93 octane). Added Hartmann 20 inch wheels. There is my RS car for $30K less. Same interior except for red stitching on the seat belts and RS instead of S5 on the same sport seats. Something to think about.

I’m a big Audi guy. I just picked this one up end of year that a 23 model purchased December 23 exact same black optic Daytona gray premium package. Heads up display. Loaded. I have an S5 Nardo grey also that’s a 2021 and my wife has a Q5. Love my Audis Good videos.

I've been super obsessed with the s5 for the longest and your videos have been helping a ton! life hits hard with all these expenses both concurrent and random ones especially when trying to support parents. Congrats on the baby girl! I'm also a girl dad :) Your videos helped me pick a car as well. I ended up with a 2023 S4 Prestige because I got a great deal on one and I couldn't pass it up. Used some of the money I saved on what an S5 Prestige would have been to do wheels, tint, ceramic etc. ETA: I'm also an SDE :)

Ive has an A4 and now an A3 and couldn't believe audi has a 10k intervals on my A3. Audi engines run hot ive never gone past 5k on an oil change but i do pretty much all my maintenance on the car myself. Appreciate the breakndown gives realistic costs expectations to people.

Congratulations on your new addition to your family.. in GA you're required to add your spouse to your auto insurance. I have the S5 as well do t drive it as much aslo. GREAT VIDEO

I own the Same Car. That ain't Brake Dust, that's your dirty Roads. Although, there is always some brake dust, don't ignore the fact that those wheels pick up dirt from the Roads much more that Break Dust. The right Brake pads can reduce the dust! BTW, I also replaced 4 tires my first year in my Audi, thank God for the Warranty. Haven't had any more issues since. My first Flat was a HUGH POT HOLE! I also want to get 19" Wheels & Michelin Pilot Sport 4's on my 2022 S5. I put Michelin's on my first 2018 Audi S5 w/ 19" Wheels. Never had a Problem! Big Cost involved replacing Wheel & Tires! Also, a Big Shout Out to your New Family Member! Mama, Dada! Way to go Pal!

Congrats on your purchase dude but im failing to see how putting 90K is a smart investment. Not to mention that it doesn’t matter what your credit score is, the rates are all crap so the additional financing cost plus the fact that you’ll most likely lose 50% of the value on top while you are locked in for 6 years just blows my mind. There are plenty of 3 year old S5’s that are low mileage and much better value. Should have financed the Skyline bro, at least you wouldn’t have lost cash…

Would love to know why the S5 SB vs SQ5? For reference I thought about an SQ5 as well, but since we are empty nesters, I didn't need the space so I went S4.

Rates kinda suck altogether since Covid no matter what your credit score is. I’m surprised no full frontal PPF. I’m adding that and some PPF to the gloss console and touch screen on the inside of my car. Currently waiting on my car to get on the boat. But I max spec’d mine too. Same interior and exterior as yours.

Just curious, I have an Audi S4 and I see you have the intake changed out. With Audi Car, did they still honor the plan with the modification? I spoke to my Audi guy and he was saying they void warranty once modified. Beautiful car!

Idk you where have separate video about APR intake, but how do you like them? I know just intake doesn’t add much performance, barely none but how’s the sound difference?? Is turbo whooshing sound worth the money??

No i don't have separate video about APR intake. However, you are right. You have to tune the car to take full advantage of the extra air. The turbo whooshing is definitely more present. Sounds like you over paid! I have a 2022 S5 with all options. I also got an interest rate financing in the low 4s. I definitely like my S5, however, there is no way I am paying almost 80k for one! Might as well get the RS5 for another 10k.

I got mine off the lot so no wait however, it was around 6months back in December 2022. $2,000 refundable deposit to secure the order at my dealership.

I waited almost 8 months for mine. But, it goes by allocation to the Dealer. I ordered Black with Black Out Package and Silver Audi Rings, Red Napa Leather Seats, Premium Package with all the Goodies, but Audi couldn't get the Chips for Side Assist. A real Bummer when they Delivered my Car.

After your video, I bought a 2024 Audi S5 Premium last month to the day. Different budgets. Ended up 44.3k after audicare & tire/wheel warranty. Though, I'm only a construction inspector, maybe 72-78k per year. Cosigned with wife. Interest rate higher at 11.48% but 12k down. Monthly 860. Little older than you. Looking forward to finishing my computer science degree and seeing how.life pans out.

That's about 1-1/2 Tanks of Gas. Probably only Drives about 500 miles a month or less.

Just ordered my S5 for $62k from military auto source. No taxes. No fees. I am financing $58k. Screw those NY taxes but thats what you get for living in a blue state and voting for those idiots.
