You spoke about high blood pressure, would you consider discussing low blood pressure sometime, please? My latest reading at the doctor's office was 100/57 and beyond the "head rush" sensation I often experience, I'm wondering how it might impact my workouts and if I should actually be loading up on a little more salt. I’d say you shouldn’t worry too much about daily sodium intake. Depends heavily on what you’re eating on a daily basis as well. Are you having more whole foods like lean meats, fruits, vegetables, eggs, or more processed foods? Also depends on how much seasoning you’re putting on everything. A general rule of thumb id say is no more than 3,600mg and no less than 2,000mg!
