i’m 16 and got accepted to be a juicer in 3 days, i charge 10 scooters a day so $45 a day, making me $315, i use a van, takes about $40 to fill up, and i fill up on gas about once every week, and electricity is about $0.05-0.10 a scooter, my average bill is about $50 a month, so charging scooters is definitely worth it, in the 3 weeks that i’ve been juicing i’ve already made a $1000, i recommend you only do this if you’re an early morning person

My Mom I’m 15 and I charge for Lime and Bird. Charging for lime is much better, they have better payouts and the scooter pings are much more accurate. Also it’s a good job because you can just wake up and drop off then get ready for school.

If you pick them up aftet 1am you have to serve them by 3pm so gives u enough time to sleep through the night and wake up to serve scooters :)

Also, when electricity travels from one point to another, it has a certain amount of loss. Just a thought, but - If you carry batteries in your van or use converters, you will end up paying more to charge each scooter.

Its worth it but not a cakewalk for all some minds can do it right and efficiently and some cant! Everyone really has their own results but some nights its like you can go all night long which is why if your a hard worker this thing is for you you can make $200 in a day. Ive done it with bird and some limes as in my area birds go for $5 and limes for $4 so I prioritize the birds but when you 'harvest'/pick up a lime you get to ride at full speed and this ability is perfect for straggling the most scooters for your buck usually carrying 2 at a time (riding 3 scooters stacked). Like I said theyre are creative hard working people out there.. even seen someone ride a 6 stack! But I have content coming soon on many different interesting ideas I've gathered so feel free to subscribe anyone and everyone as I will do nothing but confirm that every vid I drop is a banger.. ps.. camaro ss coming soon..

@@aceblade3095 except when your trade goes against your bet than you lose money. Day trading stocks is the same as gambling as a majority lose money. Investing on the other hand can make money but you need to have a long horizon (time frame) to make money.

We can do this since electricity is cheap now...however with the way our infrastructure is moving electricity might not ever be "gas price" expensive but it will no longer be this almost free commodity we take for granted now. Charging our Teslas wont be $8.00 - $20.00 depending where you live...shit will start costing a full tank of gas in the future.

Reyes ? YO tell your buddy to get his van electrical system upgraded to handle extra accessories and then go buy a 12 Volt DC to AC inverter with a power strip and he would be able to charge the scooters while driving around to pick up other scooters.

Even if you don't charge them while driving, being able to leave them in the van to charge and not having to unload them and reload them afterwards would be the true time savings. Those things are heavy! I met one charger who used a trailer and pickup truck for this reason alone.

All the chargers I use are manufactured by Lime and Bird. They provide you with the first 4 for free then you can buy extra for $20 each or from people who no longer charge.

What about a set up, where you line up 15 on the drivers side and 15 on the passenger side. then when you get to the house, you don't have to unload and reload them. Just take the plug ins inside the van. Bigger van? Flat bed truck? Or a trailer?

Using mileage as well for filing your tax return at the end of the year you get a better credit instead of using your gas receipts. so you don't pay as much taxes.

If you are very careful tracking expenses and have a good accountant the profits are closer to 90%. I learned to be pretty meticulous about this when I paid almost 30% on my first I depended contractor gig. Since then NEVER AGAIN.

Yes and no. Yes to have your expenses be 100% deductible. Since we are “independent contractor” you can write off a good percentage. That being said I don’t do my taxes, I have a very very very good accountant and tax preparer.

Assuming not going to do something else with the van during charging time, would hook up the charging rig inside the van to save time unloading/loading. Just basically plug the rig in when you get home. Could also do a little charging while still on the road. But anyways. 1.5 hrs picking them up. ~4hrs charging. 1.5 hrs dropping off. Its basically 3hrs of actual work for $144 or about $48 per hour before expenses (ie gas, electricity, etc). But... if you can't be doing something else to make money during the 4 hours of charging, then its actually 7hrs of opportunity cost so more like $20 an hour before expenses. You can't be doing this all night every night if you got a day job. OTOH, in this guy's case, spend the 1.5 hrs picking up lime, drop them off to charge, during the 4 hrs charge time go pick up bird scooters, etc, can probably stay close to the $48 per hour. But then the charge rig inside the cargo van wouldn't work. Probably totally worth it.

Put some car batteries in your van hook up an inverter and charge as you go instead of wasting time driving home and waiting for them to charge you can also put a solar panel on the roof of the van to charge the car batteries during the day as you sleep less time sitting around waiting for them to charge means more money in your pocket

My current cost to charge a scooter from 0-100% is about 5 cents. On average for 30 scooters, it’s less than 2 dollars. In essence the electricity aspect of it is very very cheap. The biggest expense would be has. Right now i spend about $100 a week on gas and I use a cargo van. Keep in mind I only drive for about 3 hours a night.

I started charging lime in Germany for like a month now Everyday I go out at 9pm and start collecting scooters literally in my area sometimes 5 sometimes up to 30 And i made like approx 1300€ in a month But I had to split the money with my brother and my cousing As I did the most work I got 500€ which was simple side money 💪🏽
