A few tips from someone who runs HAMs in a cerb in t6 exotics: 1- Always roll crash booster, this is 100% mandatory. Even if you can succeed without, it increases clear times and therefore profit, thus becoming an asset towards net gain/time. 2- Its very expensive, but if you want to be meta with HAMs in abyss, you want to run hydra implants. This is very expensive, but at the highest level, using hydras maximizes profits. 3- Avoid the speed clouds, it will reduce any bonus your web gives you. You were orbiting gate in a speed cloud, this in darks makes you much worse. The blue cloud does help, but the main problem you had was not the lack of the blue cloud, it was the speed cloud that was making your missiles apply horribly.

Ahmen, he didn't see the speed cloud. Also, with regard to Hydas, one could instead take along Pyrolanceas, one could heat and currently the State application or damage boosters can be used as well, all this along with the mandatory Crash. Not only this, but two hornets??? Two Vespas and a Hornet is a better idea. Finally, if it had been me I would have orbited the Deviant Automata Suppressor in the beginning, as it would have taken out the drones for him, or at least helped.

THAT WAS TOO STRESSFUL hahahaha I faced that same room not much time ago, also with a Muninn. I didnt know about the clouds, panic just knocked on the door... I later learned that Caldari navy ham would have been an alternative too. But really, really, thanks for the lesson, I feel way more calm considering blue clouds and automata towers! This is one seriously scary room when its the first time...

look up the PELD add in for damage, tells you the incoming and outgoing damage and who's who in the list of incoming. helps you to decide which target to go for first !

A few weeks ago I lost my thrasher in an abyssal and went back to square one, no money, no ship, nothing. Tryed some lvl 1 missions but the payout was so freaking low... I quit the game for a few days to calm down, let the game sit there for a time, then planed my comeback: Did the SoE Epic Arc in an active shield Slasher for the money, was able to build two of your recomended newb Thrasher build and for the last two days I've been able to do it somewhat without hassle. The only problem using 280 arty are the frigates, but knowing a little bit of the game and mitigating the transversal I've been able to finish in 6 ~ 7 minutes in Gama (-TH resist, +Shield) tranquils. My goal now is getting a cruiser, be it rupture, stabber or, if the bellicose give me some funny looks, maybe it as well. Thanks for all the time you dedicate to help people like me who's coming back to a different yet somewhat similar EvE o/

@@captainbenzie I just finished fitting the exact same Rupture as yours but with my current skills I have ~100 less dps (around 260) than your video so i'm not sure if I should try or not, I do however have enough fit space for a turret missile launcher and I was wondering if a RLML would be a good idea or not

The ghosting damviks almost certainly lower your application, but it's really the first and second one that really do it so you kinda hafta kill them all. I've had this problem in a few ships. Notice once you finally kill the last one your damage hits like triple.

@@captainbenzie They seem pretty glitchy though and often will TD my drones or show TD on me but not actually TD me...when they do work though...I've lost more ships to these little assholes than anything I think.
