What exactly veitnam like? Is its culture more closer to China, korea, Japan or Thailand. I am not comparing countries but I wanna know is its culture more like above mentioned countries or completely different?

Vietnam culture belongs to Sinosphere( "East Asian cultural sphere) same as China, Korea and Japan. Thailand culture belongs to Indosphere

I'm Vietnamese. North Vietnamese's culture is close to Chinese just like Korean and Japanese. South VN was close to Cambodian and Thai. But in 15-16 century,the North invaded the South and the South 's culture is almost disappeared. Right now,our culture is close to Chinese,I think.
