LOL that was just so thoroughly entertaining… I have nothing new to add that hasn't already been said in the comments, "Reynor washed?" was epic, that final CC in the central bushes hilarious, Reynor was an amazing sport, and both he and PiG laughing over everything was just infectious.

The thing pros don't realise is low level players are used to their opponents doing weird cheeses, so are not going to play optimally and will defend stuff that should kill good players.

More like if a terran wants to simulate 1v7 insane AI they can play really turtly really easily. Tanks make you really hard to kill with early units, problem is that you won't win a game where you camp on 1-2 bases, it's hopeless from the start.

People really need to zerg. Burrow drones all over the map, unburrow to make a hatch/gas every time the last one is about to die.

Sounds fun but a gm will spread units to every single base immediatly after seeing the first burrow. So itll probably just last you 7 minutes or so

Imagine if Kalion managed to squeeze out 1 Battlecruiser and warped it into Reynor's base, he might have lasted longer.

Reminds me of bronze league heroes where the terran just lifted his base and moved at the start and the protoss built tons of canons to cheese until he realized he had cheesed an empty base. The problem with pro players is that they aren't used to the absurdity noobs can come up with.

this is what I thought with the second game. imagine proxy voidrays in that. Tanks, Marauders, Reapers? Nothing that shoots up, all on the front line. Kill Reynors base, and do a victory tour.

"Floated buildings don't count in elimination conditions" - this should be a rule in standard ladder and tournament gameplay! The whole floated buildings thing is really just a relic of ages past, but for the sake of balance, we can do better now!

Tournament gameplay people have a little thing called honour, elsewise, no? Either in basetrades or draws it can make a difference - and in standard ladder, that’s literally saying if someone lifts their command centre immediately, they just lose, for no reason. It’s elimination for a reason. Not ‘Oh yeah we hurt him so games over’.

This is great fun. The protoss player had so many opportunities to set Reynor back and hell, potentially even win hahaha. 6 stalkers vs 2 marauders and a couple reapers... 3 immortals on high ground could have cleared out those tanks no problem. When's part 2??
