I started smoking since my teenage, got addicted to cigarettes. Spent my whole life fighting Cigarettes addiction. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

Amen God bless people. Save your health save your mind. Life is better without heroin, cocaine, alcohol and cigarettes. And you have more money in your pocket. God bless everyone who has rejected the devils intentions to be addicted to alcohol and cigarettes etc which can cause so much damage to health.

Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them

Congrats! I'm really happy for you that your wife decided to help you. I always admire those who beat their addiction. Knowing it's possible to fix your life knowing there's people out there that have done what I thought was impossible gives me hope I will make it through as well. Those who share their experiences don't know how much it helps when you're about to give up, it gives you the strength knowing somone who actully know what it's like to go through this tell you it's possible, it's not the same somone telling you you can do it when they have no idea what it's like, but hearing somone who knows what it's like that helps a lot since you understand it firsthand and made it out gives so much hope. so thanks for sharing.

Don't feel bad that you still sometimes get cravings. It's just how recovery is. Whenever you feel them, just take a second to breath in, then out, tell yourself that its normal to feel that way, then make a conscious choice not to give in.

the hard part of early recovery is sitting with the version of self that we have been trying so hard to avoid, and now we have to face, sit with, show compassion and love to ...and learn to live with to evolve with and heal together, creating new belief systems. faith will move us over this mountain

I dream again at night, appetite is better, I’m able to embrace every moment, I’m able to properly handle my annoyances. No mood imbalances when I’m without. In all actuality, I hate the smell of weed now and that’s the craziest thing, but a blessing. I thought I needed it for its medicinal effects (sleep, body pains), also for spirituality more importantly, but I was only cheating Myself of the true power I have to do these things Myself. I just started eating better, drinking better, being cautious of what enters My body. It really is worth quitting. Do not rob yourself of the ability to take control over your own life. I feel so much better now overall. Mentally, physically. Clean as of 10/23/23.

I'm 3 weeks into quitting. For months I had known that I need to quit because I realized I am not truly happy or fulfilled with where my life is at. The last time I smoked I was on day 2 of trying to quit and I said to myself that I could never quit and I'm just going to smoke weed and do nothing for the rest of my life. Right after I said that to myself I had a huge bong rip. I felt as I normally did while high, but suddenly the words I had just said to myself consumed my entire conscious and in that moment I realized my mind is stronger than my addiction. It is very important to have a sober mind to improve your life and to manage your emotions and thoughts properly. Anyone who truly wants to quit can and definitely should.

I quit around the same time as you. Honestly, the hardest part was getting past the first day and many times I failed just getting past that hurdle. I’m surrounded by sources with a weed shop practically behind my house. So I decided to keep a small amount on hand. That’s how I quit tobacco many years ago. It was similar quitting alcohol almost 30 years ago in that the hardest part was just finding that initial resolve. My secret had always been to draw the lines and never touch it or compromise. I haven’t had cravings though I do miss it. My main reason for quitting was being in my 60’s, I was having memory lapses all the time. I have noticed my sleep had changed where now I have dreams and some aren’t good where before, it was a deeper sleep. My memory has improved and so far, no lapses like I was having before. Anyway, first time seeing your video and just wanted to share my secret. The first step is the hardest and if you’ve embarked on it, then eventually you will succeed. I rarely think about weed now but I know if I opened the door to edibles or some compromise, it would bring back the struggle again.

Props for not smoking weed, but I don’t think it’s okay to have the thumbnail saying 50 days sober in bold when you drank alcohol 10 days ago.

Also I think you’re putting too much on yourself and burdening yourself with the stress of helping others too soon when you need to just worry about taking care of yourself and get the support you’re trying to give others.

While, I appreciate this comment, My channel is about quitting marijuana. I’ve never had a problem with drinking and marijuana is my voice. The thumbnail goes with the title of the video. But thank you for your input! This community holds me accountable and I hope I can be the same for them. 🤙🏼

@@Quittingtogether that’s not sobriety though. The same way “California sober” isn’t real sobriety. It should just say 50 days without weed the same way so many other videos do. Here’s a clear definition of sobriety: Sobriety refers to the physiological and psychological state of being unaffected by the presence of an intoxicant. For people who are in recovery from substance or alcohol use, the definition of sobriety is similar to the definition of abstinence. It means living a life free of drug or alcohol use.

It’s very dangerous to think your addiction can’t just transfer into something else despite you saying you’ve “never had a problem with drinking”. Also alcohol lowers your inhibitions and greatly increases your risk of relapse on your actual drug of choice.

Saying 50 days is nothing doesn’t really help. There’s no way to get to a year without first hitting 50 days.

I quit since one year and I really wanna get some now and shut down my brain. Life it’s hard and not much happiness around that’s the main problem I guess .. dunno how long I can hold myself from rolling a blunt

Everyone whining about weed ruining their life, get high constantly. ANYTHING used every single day, is going to cause problems. You’re not supposed to do it that way. Hits the dab rig three times a day: Jeez I was depressed, and now I feel better. NO 💩

Totally get that. But also, it’s an addiction. It’s not that easy to stop for many.
