Your welcome. Thanks for being a part of our community. The rental commissions once all contingencies are met the broker can typically provide that Commission. Best to check with your broker. While a real estate sale commission has to wait until the closing date ano for the funds to be realized and deliver it to the broker. 👍 Then on to you. Cheers 🙏🏻

@nnrq822 thx for the clarification. Section 8 is understandable because they received the voucher with the limits for the number of bedrooms, etc.. My best achievement in this category would be signing up on the Section 8 website to assist those that wanted my specialty. Check it out.
Forgive me for my ignorance but does this mean that if I'm seeking a new residence to rent... Because I find that this is such a stressful thing to do especially here in Orlando Florida with so many scam artists.... That I could go to a realtor to possibly help me in this process? This is very new information to me sorry for the weird question but I've tried before and many of them said they don't do this?
Hi thank you for connecting not really sure exactly what your experience in but I know they're scam artists out there but Realtors are professional if you have a direct question please feel free to call me or text 954-461-1786

Will a big brokerage accept a recent graduated agent to work just on leases for a while? should that agent tell them that’s their intention if joining them?
Robert, great question. Yes most Big Brokerages will accept a new agent. If you plan to start with rentals as your main closings, that should not matter to them. You should ask them about their policies on doing rentals for sure. Just to ensure it fits your business plan. Great idea Pal. All my best to you. www.successfulbusinessacademy.org/
Great question my friend. Usually a commission is paid by the co-broker the listing agent so therefore it would come from the landlord when they listed the property in the MLS
Hello Bedford Realty, thanks for asking. Colding calling is a great way to get new leads consistenly. However you should be strong in your selling skills. Check out successfulbusinessacademy.mykajabi.com/the-five-steps-of-the-sale
