YES! I have the curved back- forward head plus I have swayed back, isn't that posterior pelvic tilt? Please tell me daily exercise to strengthen. It is painful. After I'm up, especially if I'm actually doing some work, I hurt so bad I have to go sit or lie awhile to let it all relax!!❤❤❤
@@nikitaw1982 naaaaaa the Bottom of a squat is More of a point of fixum targeting gluetus maximus and extensors The erector makes a anterior tilt, extends the back and also extens the Cervic vertebrae It has like 3 movements and stabilizes the vertebrae in between which is super important if you have back issues
@@kalebward4029 mh the most effective i have come across you need some kind of back extension device. Its basically a chair where you put your feet in and the upper half of your body is in the air. Then you drop all the way down with your upper body, deep flexion and then maybe add some weight try extend all the way in every area. Lumbar, thoric and even the cervic. I never miss the neck area its very important to activate every muscle group not just the lumbar area. Its probably the most effective and easy exercise especially when you suffer from back pain which i have for a long time but now no more. We do these exercises in rehab therapies too
I good pissed Saturday night and work up with a sore back at the bottom of the rib cage and could barely get up out of a chair. Is that this? Went by Tuesday morning. Edit goblet squats would give me agony in same area and not that heavy
