“You don’t have to queue your hips because they are already working” That sentence just changed my whole deadlift. I usually kind of roll into the lifting of the bar when I deadlift. This makes way more sense. I probably use more upper back and hunch more because of that. I’m going to try this tomorrow 👌🙏
Nah he definitely ain't one of the best, he has probably the greatest grip strength for his age, and a legend since he's competed for so long, but his deadlift is no where near other strongmen
Eddie 'The Beast' Hall deadlifted an incredible 500kg in 2016 at Giants Live's Europe's Strongest Man in Leeds. This is still the World Deadlift Record.
@@nicksaveka5078 its an official world record, so what are you talking about? Someone had to be there to verify the world record. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2kEC7X1FUIg.htmlsi=2D0BIDNJ5TtSaUhI
On a serious note, the optical illusion is from a) an oversized shirt b) camera filmed overhead c) that behemoth of a man in the back messing with perspective
Yeah strongman competitions like making their weights look heavy so often times they’ll use a car or two massive safes on a bar or two marble columns that are 15 feet tall it makes the guys look way cooler than just throwing around barbells
He's lifting something that's as high as his waist those are giant rubber tires man those aren't even steel 750 lb I admit that's above average for a 57-year-old man but lifting that is not that big of a deal because of the height of the bar
Please, do not forget to put on your back support to support your spine! And, wrap-up your knees to support your patella/ knee-caps when lifting any types of weights! ❤❤❤
OG in orange shirt surprised the hell outta me once reached full extension. He should be able to pull a thousand w/ that squashed lower bod. And I say that respectfully.
Let’s be clear Eddie Hall is the greatest lifter of all time with his epic 500kg world record lift. No disrespect to any of those in the video of course!
You know, it’s so crazy that as he prepped for the deadlift I felt my legs and lower back tense, then I realized it’s 11pm and I have to work in a few hours
Hey, can someone please tell me the difference between lateral raises and sitting reverse flys? I just started working out, and I can’t tell if they work different muscles
Lateral raises do the side head of the shoulder mainly, sitting reverse fly (if you mean while leaning very forward) works the rear of the shoulder mainly, I’m sure there’s some over lap
