Comp Goku is basically a Goku that went through EVERY event in Dragon Ball. Filler, games, major arcs, training arcs, movies, all cannon to him. He is even a gag character as he can grab Arale straight from the panel. This Goku is not only a Saiyan...he is not only a God/Angel... he IS Dragon Ball itself.

@@_KAZIsome parts I mostly disagree is in dbsh and God fusion. For God fusion, I kinda don't agree that "the story may be fictional, but it transcends their boundaries". I don't agree that any character is that level and that's literally impossible for me. I know maybe it's like a "joke" or for entertainment for universal studios in Japan and stuff like that but I don't think you can take it that literally to scale it to "extra boundless". And yea, I don't agree with the outerversal scaling and boundless scaling. Cuz you take the scan from the guide books that the afterlife is above concept of space and time? I think that's appeal to definition, doesn't mean that "above concept of space and time" in the guide books. It literally means the same thing for the tiering system, I just don't agree you have to translate it literally. From the context what I've seen, it's just a place where time works differently or where there is no time. That's my view though.
