In the 80's 90's he was at the 10 ton lvl, now they have him at 25 ton lvl, he's as strong as a baseline asgardian.

Actually, he’s usually around 25 tons, however I’m pretty sure it’s confirmed that when he gets serious he can go up to upwards of 40-50 tons. Also...Jeez I’m late at replying to this

At this point I think he is way stronger than that honesty. Im one of the recent comics he he friggin landed a private jet with his bare hands. Wtf that is some super man type shit right there. I mean he was obviously struggling with that feat but still crazy. I mean I know he super strong and all but that is some op shit. Next they goin to start holding up buildings..... Oh wait he's done that too. Ok seriously there are times I feel marvel dont even now how strong he is. I always felt if they made him on par with Thor or Hulk level strength he be way too op'd since the fact he technically suppose to be street level hero. But these days I kind of call bullshit on that too

You missed a small detail. The fact that Peter could break his own webbing (10x stronger than steel) would mean he'd have to generate at least 2.5 billion newtons to penetrate it. A normal human can only generate up to 5,000 newtons with their fist which makes this guy at least 500,000x stronger than the normal man which means 33,750 tons since a normal man can normally lift 135 lbs. 33,750 tons! HOLY F**K!!!!

Great vid but you forgot to add the force of the truck hitting the bus and pushing it. I'd if that changes the calculations but I thought it should be pointed out. I like the new intro but I think it might turn some people off from the video since its so long.

I love your videos, they are super cool and informative. Totally in awe of your math skills. One thing I think people forget to factor in with feats of strength is that these characters aren't exactly using their full strength. If they did they would likely kill or injure the people they are trying to save.

So in tasm the oscorp video said the webbing was 10x stronger than steel and with the tensile strength of steel being 65,000 Psi, meaning his webbing is about 650,000 psi
