Remember: they're tanking! If they weren't, this new GM would have hired a backup point guard and addressed their defiencies regarding rim protection, instead of steadfastly refusing to do either one of those things. He's tanking.

Maybe! Definitely better than the Pistons, who will finish 13th ahead of only the really real tankers (Nets and Wiz).
