Cameron visited me to show me his water fuel injection system that he built for his car. It runs on plain cold tap water. The water is injected into the air intake. The CDI and low resistance ignition cables provide a strong high frequency spark to ignite the wet fuel. After going through the design of the system, we take it for a test drive. I also got to drive the car and the performance improvement is definitely noticeable when the button is pressed!

A simple sprayer nozzle at the end of a tube before the throttle body would do the same thing just using the vacuum of the engine

I made a Venturi effect injection, no moving parts except for the boost mix being injected

@@sultankuto8724 yes for 3 years, but was an old American car, very fuel inefficient, but with this mod it managed to drive 1:10

@@sultankuto8724 works on any natural aspirated car, gas diesel or lng, with turbo you need a solenoid and a pump because of the turbo pressure

Several comments on how this only works on turbo engines etc, this is from a study at university of Idaho called "Effects of Water Injection and Increased Compression Ratio in a Gasoline Spark Ignition Engine" " It was found that water injection in combination with an increased compression ratio can increase torque output (up to 65%), reduce brake specific fuel consumption (up to 39%), lower exhaust temperature (up to 10%), lower BSNO emissions (by up to 78%) and lower BSCO emissions (by up to78%) but may increase BSHC emissions (up to 45%)." Yep, I was gonna mention that. They were super-charged and water injected. In the early 1960's my Dad was a nuclear fallout test engineer. When Russia would set off a nuke the USAF bases in Japan and Alaska would know from seismographs. They would then fly north into the northern pacific ocean and my dad had a test kit and instruments and they would locate the air from the mushroom cloud that had drifted off the coast of Russia and he would test the air to calculate the yield of the nuke and what was used in the manufacture of the nuke. He was one of six USAF test engineers that did this and he intercepted the cloud that was from the largest nuke ever detonated, the Tsar Bomba. He flew on B-17's and B-29's. Boy, did he have some stories. He had about 4000 hours flight time. These missions were highly classified until about 15 years ago. They also flew into Typhoons and Super Typhoons.

Wow mate didn't know they still used distributer caps. I remember my dad's 1981 fiat strada and it's arm cracking. He literally carried 3 in the car at all times. Funny thing our '84 volvo 340 had it's original up until 1999, at which point it went over to a family member.

Done it with after market ecu can cut fuel 80 but working on fuel just for startup

to build a replica for yhe injector simply just take t conector,1/2 pipe,internal rod and ppr for fixing it and electrical izolation.Suited for induction heting,dielectric heating,ionic heatting of water.very good for gasses.see wfc 423

You should try Pulstar Plugs. Little expensive but you'll get better spark.

They won't believe you anyway. But don't bother, we don't care much about them anyway. You can use this method for engine and emmision system internal cleaning.I know it.

Did u add meth to thos as well . Plus the 6msd box u added . U sed it pulls timing out by its self as and when it need to. I need ome to pull timing out. .amy advice u can help . The msd black box is that all u need to make the timimg change. Or is there more to it

Wouldn’t you run it all the time so you can have a high compression, like say 11 to 1 but get away with using cheap 94 Octane E10 fuel? Isn’t that the point of water injection? High compression performance on cheap fuel.

Tap water contain different ions and they will destroy cylinders, valves and CATs over time. Why not. Hit it hard.

There's a static amount of water being injected with the setup, which means it will only work best at a specific engine speed (higher RPM with his setup). WIth the amount of water coming out of that nozzle if it was on with the engine idling or even at low speed it would bog down and choke the engine. I've done it before myself. That much (cold) water will stifle the ignition; however, if you heat up the water and make it more alkaline/acidic it will be more electrically conductive and NOT stifle the ignition. I will be doing this myself in the future. I've been tinkering with hydrogen fuel cells for 5 years now and have developed a unique one that really boosts power and MPG, and in the near future I'm going to test out heated water injection. The only problem is trying to control the amount of mist because nozzles by design only function with a certain amount of PSI; raising and lowering the pressure from the pump does little to change the flow rate, and too little will cause it to dribble out. You need to have multiple nozzles turning on at different times which means you need multiple pumps AND the control modules (which run at the same price as the pumps), and those pumps run at $250 a pop. The juice isn't worth the squeeze unless you're a racer and money is no object.

not sure what the point of this setup is ... but with the dodgy ignition and fuel control its pretty pointless. at most all you are doing is raising the compression ratio but the cooling of the water also stuffs up the cylinder temp and efficacy. if this was even a thing i would be mainstream by now as car companies look for any gain to be on top of emissions and power

No no no its not the same car.The car they are driving is a turbocar and yes a spray of wather will turn into steam and increase the expansion of gases but not for long.The cylinderhead temp will dec werry rapeddly bla bla bla.It will only work on turbocars....
