I'm a come back player. Played in a band during college - 50 years ago!!! Sold my trumpet to by my wife's wedding ring, but "fell" into a new trumpet (long story) a few months ago and a band friend challenged me to get back into it to join their band. Very surprisingly, the basics came back very quickly but technique and tone has taken awhile. I subscribed to 8 different trumpet RU-vid tips, but I find yours the most helpful. This old fart appreciates your tips and humor. Thanks!

Useful informations! I created an online Excel sheet on my Google drive about my practices. It is contains warm up, technical studies with tempos, time frames, rehearsals, anything.

Hi Bob, happy new year, belated! Another great video, thanks 👍. I certainly need to refocus and even reset my trumpet practice goals and efficiency! Things have definitely drifted way off with me for months now, with various life stresses that I’ve been going through for a while now.
