I also think that what makes people struggle is repetition, it gets boring and hard when something becomes repetitive. Think about the top athletes or musicians, they have to go through those repetitive tasks that might seem useless and boring but that’s the only way to get better.

I love habit stacking! Something I want to incorporate into my system is meditation. It's something that helps me so much but I've fallen out of habit with it. So, I'm deciding that after every shower I will meditate! I always have the time after my showers (which I do every single day) and adding meditation to my already established shower routine will hopefully help to keep me consistent. Great video, thanks for the tips! 💌
