This may be a dumb question, but my air brush, won’t change psi, the knob just Pops off or doesn’t turn?

Hello! I have a question. My compressor works, but the arrow stands on zero and does not move. It's something related to pressure. The last time I used the compressor a year ago and everything was well. What am I doing wrong? What can be the reason? The compressor is the same as in video. Thanks

I can turn my knob any which way. It doesn't adjust whatsoever. =\
