How do i set the screw on Teknion Contessa? I've googled and looked everywhere without any luck. I bought a new chair cylinder but sinks right back down completely when i sit on it.
after about a year and a half, the back tension when reclining is getting lower and lower even on max setting, is there a way to fix or replace it so that it has good firm tension while reclining? I cant seem to find anything online.
