Regarding the wire fraying - if you know this is a potential problem, why have you not addressed it, rather than telling us in a youtube video?

Can you upload a similar video for adjusting amount of weight plates. I want to secure them so they don’t bounce around

There are some velcro straps inside the vest, please ensure these are secured. They will hold the plates in place

How do you wash your vest?

We recommend just using a damp sponge to wipe them down regularly.
