happy to share that I got my visa today. Thank you Ben and team Argo for all the right advices and support to help me get confidence for today. It was not an easy interview as B1 and L1 rejection is past made them ask a lot of tricky questions. I was able to stay calm and confidence and provide answers that would focus on my highlights. Deep down I knew I was being absolutely honest. Comparing today's interview with last 2 times, I could see how easy it was for them to reject my visa. Today it felt like I fought for my rights the right way. Lol. Thanks once again. Big fan of Ben's knowledge, insight and presentation skills in front of camera!

Thank you for the help. The best channel on RU-vid for US visa, According to your suggestion I only focused on the my story why i wanted to go to USA, i had made my mind no matter what he asks i would tell him my entire story, so when he asked me my purpose for going to USA. I answered i am going for my employment i am going to work as an post doctoral researcher at st jude research hospital, which is a non profit organisation and It aligns with my previous phd work in immunology and I think this will train me in such a way that when i complete my work and I return back I will get a scientists position here… thats it after it he said you visa has been approved

@pekka1158 it was a disaster, when I got to the Abudhabi Embassy, everything happened so fast, I was among the first 5 people to be interviewed,I took my finger prints and before I knew it, they were directing me to go for the interview. I panicked and forgot everything I had in mind. The visa officer gave me a chance to explain myself,he was asking the usual questions, but it was twisted way, I just meandered about the bush, nothing i said made sense to me as well. It's OK, I will apply again this week, hopefully I will get a slot. Just pray for confidence, and God's Grace to cover u, because I believe a supernatural power stood in my way.am a confident woman who deals with strangers everday, but I will never understand what happened that day. God luck.

I have completed my 10th grade/SSC in 2014 and my GED in 2024. Will I be able to apply to an undergraduate program? My age is 27. Because of so many difficulties in my life, I couldn’t continue studying but have decided to start studying again. That is why I did my GED. No. And keep in mind, visa issuing is largely up to the person who is interviewing you, so there's an element of luck that you can't really account for. You could apply, get denied by one person in an interview, apply again, do another interview with another person saying the same things and you might get approved just because the second person thought you were convincing while the first one wasn't convinced. You just have to make sure your interview answers are as convincing as possible to increase your odds, because even if you do everything perfectly there's still a chance you get denied just because the person interviewing you had a feeling that you weren't up to no good.

why this university ?? the university i have selected which is washington state university is wellregards for its acadamic program in the realms like enginnering agriculture medical ect the anthor reasons to choose this university is the location it is located in the city of pullman which is quite a respite area so i think i can study more conviently i should change something or it is perfect

I tried the same as he told in this video and yes I GOT REFUSED INCLUDING MY WIFE WE ARE 2 casualties I give all answers in a perfect manner with deep calm tonality the last question he asked Who take care of your baby at home I replied His grandparents will take care of him for 14 days And after they 9th question we were rejected 🙅

He’s basically saying that whilst answering the first question we have to tell them our highlights i.e. our ties to our home country/ why we will be returning back and not stay in US since the interviews are short and brief, we need to help the officer make their decision easier. Giving one word answers will not help explain our intentions. Hope this helps

Hey if you are planning to attend the upcoming UN event in March I suggest you under What a C2 visa is before you apply… if not it might get denied.. it’s has an interview and most people don’t understand that you need to show proof of an onward destination from the UN HQ to another country as it is a transit visa only to and from the UN HQ… the visa is only approved for 30days ….. so better still apply for a B1/B2 and get up to 5 years… Goodluck
