Hello! What should I do if I do not know know my father and I do not have info about him such as name and surname? I do not even have his name in my legal documents but I can not continue filling in the form without it... do you know how to ovverride this? Tks
I got rejected two times at TLS centre. I passed everything and yet, they always doubt that I won't come back from Germany. The reason I am visiting there, because my husband lives there and he is also a German citizen. I don't understand why they refused my visit visa.

Apply for the family reunion visa instead. It would be hard to get the visit visa if starting that you are going to visa your husband. They see it as means for you to jump the queue of the reunion visa.

What if my school doesn’t know the NOC? I went to request for it but they didn’t know it, hence they opted to just show my LOA and Student visa in Canada to the visa officer.
Hello @rcmpglyn4606, If your school is unfamiliar with the No Objection Certificate (NOC), you can ask them to provide a letter stating that you're currently enrolled in the school and are in good standing. The letter should also include information about your program of study, expected graduation date, and any other relevant details. You can then submit this letter along with your Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and German student visa when you attend your visa interview.
