✅ you must be from a country that has a treaty with the U.S.,
✅ you must invest a substantial amount of capital,
✅ you must have at least 50% ownership in the business, and
✅ you must generate more than a marginal income.
Also, your investment must be at-risk, meaning that there is a possibility that you could partially or fully lose your investment.
Now there is no set minimum investment amount required by law, but generally it is recommended that you aim to have at least $100,000 to invest.
