Many people apply tire shine by spraying it onto their tire via the bottle. Personally, I don't like scrubbing brake dust from my wheels so I show you how I apply my tire shine.
I use the tire spray for the first time and spray spray I did. Yeah my alloy rims got rekt next time follow this tip Spray on the towel then towel to tire or use those gels and put to towel or applicator to the tire. Good job will follow.
You should clean your wheels and tires properly before applying tire dressing. Brake dust eats at your wheel if left on there long enough and clean tires help any tire dressing properly bond to the tires which prevents tire sling on your freshly washed car.
rsxfreak79 I use Meguiar's Hot Rims cleaner for cleaning wheels prior to applying shine. I didn't include this because I thought most people knew to use a cleaner beforehand. :) I just see so many people spray the tire shine on and have overspray issues with the wheel-well, wheels or brakes. Overspray of tire shine attracts brake dust and other junk like a moth to a dim light!
