Bookwyrm update: in the current version (1.20.1) the bookwyrm charm can be obtained by augmenting the ritual of awakening with book and quill it then can be turned into a familiar by rightclicking the charm on a Storage Lectern (Enchanting Apperatus: 4 chests and activate with a normal Lectern) then u can use the Ritual of binding like on all other familiars i just found that out by accident Thanks for your videos about Ars, they are so helpful and very well made. keep up the great work Cheers

18:02 F for Blight Squid. also I think I've managed to make an automated source farm by having source berries be harvested by starbuncles then other starbuncles will bring sourceberries from the chest they're stored in to a hopper linked to a Dispensor that will fire them out next to a Mycelial sourcelink.

Same way people memorize everything in base minecraft i guess LOL. Vanilla is still more complicated than just this alone with how many different crafting-table-like things there are and weird cryptic ways to do things. Like,,, can you imagine trying to figure out how to go to the end without being told how?
I’m kinda sad about this update. Every single magic mod I have ever played ends up focusing on automation and building big machines. Now every single one has a specific recipe, and it’s own “magic school” but it’s just an excuse to use essence for the glyph which would be bad if every single one has the essence and you must focus on automating the area so you have enough resources for ONE glyph that isn’t even fun. It’s just for completion. You have to travel a thousand blocks to summon wolves that die instantly. You have to focus on getting every single creature for charms that aren’t even duplicating when you OWN them. I need starbuncle charms all the time but my own summoned starbuncle can’t give them. I have to go find a wild one to get one single one. Like, why
How or what mod lets you see the percentage of source in the jars and all the other details like where things are set to go im in the latest update of the RAD 2 mod and i cant see any of that.
Wait, so you can only have 1 familiar at a time that follows you around, but you can summon as many as you want for automation, right? Or am I misunderstanding?
Didn't the wixie drop the crafting table on the potion jar because you tried to set that as storage before? Or did you try to set the chest off camera?
Is there any way to give Wixies an output inventory to deposit into? Right now mine just craft the item I’ve assigned them to, then throw it on the ground.

Also tip for your farms in your series for this mod you can leave voiding jars in inventories including chests to remove items you don't want like rotten flesh so you can farm iron or say almost broken bows from skeletons
Has anyone gotten Wixies to pull ingredients from storage lecterns? I don't want to have a Starbuncle drain my centralized storage system of *all* crafting and brewing ingredients.
Not without a different mod. In creative they work on the Wither and you can time it to get both the flashing and regular Wither. Strongly recommended to only attempt if you have a mod that adds Wither-proof blocks to make a cage to hold the summoned mob.
