Thanks so much. The video was a bit grainy but we got there. I modified mine to send myself an MS teams message in as a chatbot instead of emailing the team member. The I could send me own personalised message to make it a bit more authentic (must included animated Gifs)

Is there a way to use the calculated date column to select just weekdays? I.E if the holiday is on a Monday, the email goes out on Friday, not Sunday?

A few questions: The wish is sent even if the birthday and today's date does not match. Also, the first compose function only gives the date I created the flow on.

Could you show how or describe how to do this if you have a Microsoft List with 100 employees each of which has a unique Birthday Card Image? I can set up an email that is triggered when it’s an employees birthday, but the Microsoft List Image column containing all the employee birthday jpg files can’t be directly added from what I can tell to the body of the email.
