Hi FK. Thanks for finding the resources here valuable. Your issue is quite unclear. There is a SharePoint trigger for when item is created/modified. If you are able to use this, you can then add another action to get items details using the ID from the dynamic content. These details can be included in your email or anywhere you want to use them. Please do try this or explain better where the issue is

I have used scheduled reoccurrence then used Get items using ID and top count but the flow does not pick the most recent activity dates in my flow

Yes you can! you can use Expression to extract these values. I used this method as I was trying to avoid any complex instructions in this video. Do you need this alternative method?

Thank you Yogesh. Glad it worked. If I get you right, you want to CC some particular email right? The question is 1. Do you want the CC to be dynamic? i.e. changing for different emails or just static email addresses. If dynamic, then you should add a column to the excel for CC. If Static, you should just hardcode it in the email action card body. Do let me know if this was helpful

@@TheOyinbooke what I want is: if there are 10 employee's data in table the all those 10 email ids to be kept in CC.

@@TheOyinbooke Same query but I've created an employee group mail so that I don't need to select all employees in so how can I add that group mail in Cc. Do I need to configure these settings from the 365 Admin Centre?? Please suggest

Hello @@TheOyinbooke Thanks for your quick reply. I tried to rebuild the flow you describe in the video. But I only did the the simple birthday email (without pic, without gender and without relation ship). When I tested the process it did not show any errors or warnings. When I hit the "Run Flow" button everything looked ok. But when I check the run history I see that it failed. On the right side of the window I see an error message (Action 'Condition' failed) with the text that I mentioned above in my first comment. Many thanks for your feedback and your help, Michael
