I always learn something from one of your videos. The subject of this one is very important to me personally. It's such a logical thing to do, but I hadn't thought of what you mentioned about banking/money management websites and using one email exclusively for those sites/apps. That is a really smart tip and one that I will employ. Have a great week, Rene. Hope all is well man.

I use random emails for as many accounts as I can. 1. provides 1 less common datapoint for companies to track (yes i know theres a lot more than just email). I also see a random email address like a second password

and if you ever get spam mails you can pinpoint who tf is just sharing your data without consent

You also should choose a safe Mail-Provider like Proton for example. There are some mail providers that literally scan your data and block your files when you have something like a password protected .zip

So Renea is saying not to provide feedback to any company that sends you an email asking for feedback because, most of the time, you can not find the feedback form on the company's website.

Yes, lets all trust companies because they should be the ones protecting what we cannot do ourselves... True, businesses should know better, but when they fail us, users don't learn a lesson either.. Here in Australia, a verification is needed now to prevent sim swaps...... and if the user is foolish enough to be detracted, don't blame the company, for what we did, when its YOUR problem... but its more convenient to pass the blame, That's a users first problem, and until you solve that, the next things are not worth it.

What if the only option for two-factor authentication or even a password is by msm? Should you still turn on two-factor authentication or leave it off

It’s been a while since we got one of your videos. I hope you’re well. I could really use your advice.. I am certain that there are major security issues on iOS related to malicious websites (ie adult content). I have documented proof How can I report the details on this to Apple? Retail staff aren’t interested at all. Any chance you could lend me your ear? I could really use your advice Rene

Hope Apple locks down the PW and passcode areas in settings based on the recent news about people getting locked out of everything. I like the way Apple uses the PW and 2FA all in one … but the access is too easy if someone steals your phone.

This is just a challenge to hackers to hack you.... 🤦🏼‍♂️ Sadly, you're better off not saying anything because "they" will likely want to prove you wrong. You are absolutely not as secure as you believe you are...

For the norrnal person, if someone wants to hack someone to get access to data, money etc, theyre not looking for a challenge. Security is about providing as many deterrents as possible and closing as many loops as you can
