▼ Simple bread baked in a cake mold 20 cm (long side width) x 7 cm (height)
●Ingredients
・240g Bread flour
・3g Dry yeast
・20g Sugar
・4g of salt
・12g Skim milk
・6g unsalted butter
・160~170ml Lukewarm water
● Process memo
・Primary fermentation: until doubled to 2.5 times larger (approximately 1 hour at 30℃/86℉)
・Divide into 3 parts, round and rest for 15 minutes
・Secondary fermentation until the mold is full (about 1 hour in a warm place)
・Apply glazing milk to finish and bake at 180℃/356℉ for 25 minutes.
・Once you take it out, drop it on the table to remove the steam and let it cool → If you can't wait, eat it as it is lol
▼Chicken in Cream Geschnetzeltes Serves 3-4 People
・400g chicken
・1 small onion
・Mushrooms (about 150g)
・1.5 tbsp cake flour
・1/4 cup white wine
・1/2 to 1 cup chicken stock
・1/2 to 1 cup fresh cream (enough to cover ingredients)
・20g butter
・1Tbsp Vegetable oil
