・3g salt
・30g whole egg
・10g unsalted butter
・40ml Milk

・Mayonnaise 40g
・Salt and pepper
● How to make memo
・Primary fermentation until 2 to 2.5 times the volume
・Divide into 6 equal portions, lightly roll into balls, and rest for 15 minutes
・Use a rolling pin to make a circle with a diameter of 12 cm and make 4 cuts.
