I dont mind my ribs/meats being slightly charred but when my dad was at the grill he at times used to put a pot of ice with the top of the pot slightly open on the grill and close the grill to not only bring the temp down but to steam them at the same time. Works every time.
@@wrongerthenmost3739 I'm not hating, and I'm sure I use my grill just as much as you do, but I'm not that lazy not to clean my stuff so it could last longer. The grill is so nasty he can't even put it on it. He has to use aluminum foil. If I go to someone's house and see that grill I'm not eating.
