THIS is the tutorial I've been searching for! Someone who REALLY breaks down his moves and combos. Took me almost 2 hours to beat him and I still feel like I got kinda lucky in the end. I was able to get his moves down in the first 2 phases but in that third phase he becomes a straight up MONSTER! Thanks!

In my first playthrough i had to put malicious on hold because of being underleved and lacking upgrades, so i went back search previous worlds before continuing

When you’re in the process of going to fight Malicos there are two warrior brothers, you can keep killing them for the points with each time saving on save spot so they respawn.

xD This is fine, the rules for no hit allow fall damage to be an option for doing setups. It would be different if this was no damage.

Wow. I wish I would have watched this tutorial a long time ago. I have beaten Malicos on Jedi Grand Master Level already, but it was a lot harder than you make it seem here. And I used up a lot of lives. Your technique was way better than what I was using. I may have to play this game again just to fight the bosses using your techniques. Thanks for posting.

The tips you give help people like me to beat the bosses. I just beat this Boss, Taron Malicos, at Jedi Grand Master level for the 2nd time. Malicos was such a tough boss and you had to master your lightsaber skills and block alot . This was one of the most epic and challenging bossfights in this game :)

Bro I've just completed this fight on jedi grand master.. after many failures, going getting more upgrade and and studying his moves I've eventually beaten him.. was so close to lowering the difficulty as well but I've gotten this far and really didnt want to even though it was making the game a living hell for me.. anyways thanks a million bro!

I am truly grateful bro ur video saved my shiskabob ! I also found an Easy way by pressing The "Options" Button then going to "Gameplay" Then choose the "story mode" Difficulty. (That was a joke only use this if you're stressed and tired beat it the True gamer way.)

I have 5 canisters but only used 2 or 3. The main thing is being able to push him to break his block for an opening to strike. And dodging n parry/blocking is also required. I finally beat his ass. Thanks for the tips n run down on how to beat him bro

I've beaten it on grandmaster like 436 times I'm just now trying the challenges. I beat 2nd and 9th sister without much trouble . Thanks, it takes time tho, i'd say quality practice and being persistent is the key. At some point you get good enough to beat bosses without taking damage and the more you do it the effortless it'll become.

What does jumping off the ledge at the beginning then healing do for you?

there's a skill that gives you force back every time you heal. Its not something i recommend for a first playthrough but if you're doing a type of challenge run then this can become useful specially on the highest difficulty since you can not regenerate the force meter to full passively,

@@heyblasty8614 Thanks. I basically own him. Then when I want more force maguy doesn’t pass it fluently. I rip the dude apart, parry parry parry. Dodge chop. Push. Then he throws rocks that I cant dodge,(I can dodge one) parry or run from and die. Yes I play on grandmaster.

It would help if the freckled ginger would block when you press block and attack when you press attack. He usually just gets his ass kicked without doing anything.

Have you tried inquisitor cal? He's way harder than any other boss, lots of his attacks one shot you on Grandmaster and he doesn't even leave himself open that much.

Mike Miller I lowered my health so I can get force back every time I heal with a stim canister which is possible by having the skill “the power of friendship “ Since my difficultly is Jedi Grandmaster I don’t get force back passively, only by attacking or dodging with precision evade. As you can see in the tutorial force push is a very useful tool so the more force push I can dish out the better the outcome

The tutorial is on Grandmaster difficulty but it should work on any. You gotta force push him when he’s about to attack, Malicos doesn’t get affected by force push when he’s walking or idle

I beat this dude after 50 tries in two minutes on Jedi grand master with just 3 stims but I had maxed force

I swear there is some sort of weird delay when I block because as soon as I see him swing his light saber, I push the block button and nothing happens for a split second which leaves me wide open to being massacred. I swear the input time is different compared to when I attack, which is almost immediate, from what it feels like. What the hell is going on?

Must be a patch . Everytime I force push him , his block bar refills instantly after it goes down . What am I doing wrong ?

It's a timing problem, this is is hard to force push conistently. He's a bit of a pain, btw he looses to a very aggresive playstyle, if you're a bit of a pasive player try mashing buttons on him.

So you can regend force back when you deplete it using "the power of friendship" this guide i made it with helping players beat him without getting hit in mind but you dont have to do this, just have in mind that if you're in grandmaster you will most likely deplete your force before getting into second phase, following my steps.
