@@maysonfrank8862 hey bro, just wanted to let you know that you're on the right path. i'm 16 and i started playing basketball when i was 15, and i'm undersized both weight and height wise, and i wish i started when i was your age. just letting you know to keep going, stay consistent, and don't stop working and i promise it'll pay off in the long run. stay blessed.
Your such an inspiration man. I never played basketball my whole life since everyone doubted me when I would try to start. I ended up quitting every time, but recently I have picked it back up and am promising myself to keep going. It is difficult since I’m already a freshman in hs, but I know if I keep playing I can do well. Keep up the good work! 😊
Aye bro look basketball is my dream I’m finally picking it up my sophomore year but now I’m worried that I won’t be any good and won’t get any offers but I’m going to keep putting in the work even though I only got a few years left
Lifting can also improve your jumpshot. It increases your strength and helps you extend your range. Edit: Do not rush your training. Take your time and work hard!
But stay hooping when you lift cuz after a large gain you will have to learn how to shoot from every spot again since your range is increasing you won’t shoot like you used to you may be able to do better after lifting but control is what you have to learn at that point
You nail every workout vid my man. I've been on this drill ever since it came out and my shot consistency already has a noticeable improvement - thank you so much for sharing your insight
bro, fr... i love everything about your videos. the style, the edits, how clean it is, its just so nice. keep it up, your one of my biggest inspirations man 🔥🔥
I rarely get to get shots up, most of the time I play basketball at school and can barely practice my shots because the gym is packed with students. I just play pickup with my friends but I'm not that good at the sport and get frustrated when I miss a shot. I know I'm just now seeing this video but I'll try to use this workout to get better.
Thanks for the vid dakota!! I appreciate the inspirational vids and all the love coming from ur side brother. I just turned 15 but practice everyday, workout, eat healthy and sleep much.. I'm tryna become a pro player here overseas. It's just work!⚔️⚔️ much love❤
Love the videos man! 🔥 Video recommendation could you make a video of your normal workout routine and how to get to D1 later on. I’m still about to start high school currently in 8th grade. It would help me a lot if you could tell me your ways to get better everyday. Keep working bro I’m supporting you 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
guys practice is the craziest underrated "hack" or "trick" to be a better shooter. Nothing comes easily if you want it to be so achieving. Just practice.
Great vid! I’d also recommend if your shooting off the dribble, put more pressure on your front foot. And if you are in a catch and shoot position, just put more pressure on your back foot before you jump into your jumpshot. Also try shooting off one foot by lifting your other foot up in the air. Let me know if this works for anybody.
Amazing video, very useful information, I often go through video's to see if my training is right as a high school sophomore, just started playing BBALL more last year and joined a basketball HS group, currently the best shooter on my team, I do have a few questions though, for better performance do you think making swishes over normal shots is better for accuracy and performance? I also have questions related to other training videos you've done, if you ever get the chance I'd like to talk and ask you what I should do to prepare for college as I hope to play with DU and then the NBA. Looking forward to the next post.
Spin the Ball to yourself/ bounce to yourself, anything that is similar enough to simulate a pass It doesn’t have to be perfect, passes in games aren’t either tbf
