I thought that sending the person an apology letter also letting them know they wronged me will relieve me but I feel like an extra weight has been placed on me because they never accepted it. How do I handle that? And I live with the person too

Whenever I notice that I'm talking negatively to myself I picture myself at 5 years old and it becomes really difficult to continue the negativity This really helps me I've notice that I not only correct myself but that Ive started to talk more lovingly to that 5 years old girl and actually believe what I tell myself! I am so grateful that I am finally getting comfortable with being kind to me❤️

You truly are my angel. This resonated with me so much and you posted this at the perfect time. I recently just got back from vacation with my fiancé who left me abandoned in Mexico. He put me on a pedestal in the beginning and made me feel so special. The last week of horror with him was a nightmare. He put me down constantly, physically and mentally abused me. I was sexually assaulted last summer and he went so far by telling me that I deserved it and he could understand why I got rapped. He has a drinking problem and low self esteem issues himself and projected his insecurities on me. It hurt me so bad with the awful things he said to me and him putting his hands on me. I questioned my worth the last couple days and kept wondering if maybe I deserved it. I know I didn’t deserve that. I have my flaws and I have made mistakes but I didn’t not deserve to be stranded in another country and be put down. I thought maybe I wasn’t worthy of love but I realize I am not the problem. I am a wonderful person with the biggest heart. He was lucky to have a chance with someone like me. He may or may not regret what he has done to me but I am lucky to get out when I did. I was so hurt and that hurt turned into anger. But, if I stay angry then I give him the power and he doesn’t deserve anymore of that. I will only become stronger from all of this. I will now focus on being the best that I can be and do my best. Thank you for being such an inspiration to my life! ❤️

Yes Tarot is a lot of energy work .... but because it’s used for divination it’s also about connecting with your spirit guides or if your Christian your guardian angels... before someone even picks up my deck I tell them to rub their hands together first to get the energy moving before they shuffle my deck.... as they’re doing that I pray to their guides to show me what they need that person to know.

My parents have emotional burden like depression, anxiety. They are very sensitive and kinda explosive when some small issue have touched their nerves. I have bear so much responsibilities to bear their emotional burdens. Comfort them, treat them in their flavour and make myself also depressed. Maybe it’s time to practice self-love, I deserve a happy and healthy life.

I got out of an engagement and 5 year relationship. I’ve been depressed and suffered from anxiety for 2 years after the break up i found out it was a blessing in disguise LONG STORY SHORT ...
