This is a great video with an in depth explanation of WHY you feel the way you feel during anxiety /panic. I think that is very important for people to understand. WHY they feel why they feel during these scary episodes. I know it helped me to understand these things so that I can reassure myself that I'm safe and that what I'm experiencing is normal and safe.
