He is a good teacher and that is a really good instruction. That is really sweet, that she wants to reach his level. She tries it and knows by laughing, the power in her arms cannot do that in that moment. She is a really ambitious here and very honest showing: "that is not possible here for me in that moment". They are very nice humans. The dog wonders, what she is doin' here. If you want to reach one of that levels, you always have to have the right environment and people to teach you everytime and to proof and correct your work.

The kids can teach you handstands, too. They learn it a little bit in school. But I think, to prevent someone from accidents and save a perfect health and if you really want to do that kind of sport you need a coach/ trainer to reach that activity levels.
