Imagine this is the last match on your accumulator and 9-0 up you close the livestream and rush to the street betting shop to cash in on your money just to find out there that the match is still in play and the opponents have a match point in that very moment. Mental. The kind of stuff that would make people go nuts.
It’s fixed I don’t care what anyone says, I understand the mental dynamics of tennis and I’m not a pro by any means but I just can’t see a way especially since they developed a 9-0 lead, I actually think it’s fixed both ways
No way it was fixed, it has to be a choke. They probably just started coasting when they realised how far ahead they were, and the guy in red seemed to also be very nervous
You cant fix a match with 8 straight match points, its just not possible with the small margins for error. If you watch enough tennis you are bound to see some crazy comebacks and its easier to say it was fixed instead of just accepting statistically its going to happen given the amount of matches played on a daily basis. Im not saying some matches aren't fixed but this just isn't one of them
I was in a similar situation, won the first, lost the second, but I was confident, as my opponent was exhausted after so may drop shots and lobs from my side. I was leading 9-1, the guy came to 9-8, but I won. Another opponent was losing 6-2 in normal tiebreaker, and could win. Before this I could save several match points when he was serving by 6-5 and 40 - love. I was not very disappointed when I lost, as I was somehow sorry for him because the previous game.
Let's see They scored 9 point in a row, so there were 0 unforced erros But, in the next 11 points, there were 6 unforced erros And I'm not even taking in consideration the easy balls sent for the other double to score a winner Was this really a choke? I mean, it would be very risky to let the score reach 9-0 if it was fixed, because a minor mistake would cost them everything Seeing the first 9 point would give us a better perspective But looking just at the numbers, it does look fixed
most balls out and in Net. this are players who can hit a can on the bass line. people who still keep on saying is not fixt, the really dont know whats going on in tennis at the moment. its so fixt and dirty, that nobody even care any more hehehe. tennis is not a sport, its entertainment
