Respected Saurabh again nice video as a doctor i have good knowledge but your inherent genetic system,diet .sleep,water how you take things (your calm nature) and still you you are healthy to maintain it do yoga (solution of all your health either mental or physical) and on and on see and follow your video i am sure no body will get illness in there life ,start yoga and spread yoga Thanks sir nice very useful video because in your video you explain everything nicely ❤👌

सौरभ जी आप बहोत अच्छे तरह से सब कुछ बता देते है लेकीन सुबह आठ बजे नौकरी के लिये घर छोडना पडतो है घर मे पहुंचे ने तक 9.15 रात को हो जाते है तो आज कल . के युवा पीढीके लिए आप कुछ व्हिडिओ बना देंगे तो अच्छा रहेगा . बारा घंटा तो वो लोगोंका ऐसा ही चला जाता है
