didn't know this was possible, hey willy do you ever stop and think, "mushrooms are a sacrament", I do, well good to see you again its been a long while
@@masonnoodles2801 is hard to see when someone is sick like you wasting the time to talk non sense. That becomes the normality. So it's hard to see. Go back to school.
ive germinated a dry tissue of a over 5 years old (fridge stored) specimen of the Gills on WaterAgar (simple Agarrecipe without the sugar - Agaragar + Water). There are millions of spores on the tinyest pcs of gills and the chance that just 2 of them come back to life is extremely high. And it worked like a charm - muchlove 🍄
@@houssineougri549 straight to Agar. To avoid as much contamination as possible take the inside of a closed dryed cap. I also used Wateragar (a Agarrecipe without the nutritionparts - just agar and water). As i just wantet the spores to germinate i think the spores dont need so much water so rehydration is no need at this point :)
I emigrated to Costa Rica 2,5 years ago, so I haven't been growing for a while. Your instruction videos have been of amazing help. Happy to have found your channel back again. Thank you for your material brother, blessings
I know this sounds crazy but I just did this, i reconstituted the caps and after I extracted spores I threw the leftover caps in my kitchen scraps which had some uneaten noodles, this was unintentional but when it was time to dump my table scraps later that week into my compost bin, I saw the caps and the noodles were completely covered in mycelium so I tried collecting the “hairs” and put them in a jar with sterile water and honey and used it as an inoculant a couple weeks later, it was the most unsanitary thing to collect the mycelium from my compost pile but it worked out perfectly, apparently noodles work for growing mycelium maybe not the best thing
I’ve never grown mushrooms in my life but I recently picked up a quarter of golden teachers. So I bowled a jar of corn syrup and osmosis water then crushed a dried cap into powder and put it in the jar. Do you think that it will grow mycelium? I have no idea what I’m doing all I know is I gotta put it in grain after and let it colonize
I have done this, but I always assumed I was just germinating some spores - even mushrooms that don't seem to drop spores can still have spores in/on their gills. I think you would need a much more convincing/controlled experiment to confirm you are actually reanimating mycelium.
Would it not be beneficial to run the dried fruit under a UV lamp in order to destroy bacteria prior to completing the process? At least that way you can assure the outer surface of the fruiting body is bacteria free.
Yo you’re the man. I want to sign up to Patreon, but again I’m up in my room and my wallets downstairs man it’s a hard life. Hopefully we can get it done tomorrow.
I've got a similar situation but with colonized agar chips that I want to reanimate. Could I just break one of them up and put a piece into LC or do I need to start from scratch with spores.
Love your work! Can you dive deeper in spore print use? I hear so many things . . . scrapes, swabs, cuttings . . . what is the best use of this resource? When is a print of no more use? The works . . . :)
The love example! Can you do a video maybe Timelapse of a non sporting fruit? My only objection with this exact method is that when the gills hit the water, whatever spores are left on them can lift and spread around the rest of the tissue. Then germinating and taking to the agar. Will try this for sure. But I’d love to see a professionals take at it. Peace and love
The flick is all so cozy of the how to do, but how bout showing some results from what you get out of it. Great flick, but I'm just wanting to see the results too man.
Would the cleanliness of this be increased if I took the fruit from a tea steeper after I made tea and put it in sterile water or would 20 minutes of high temp do it in?
I can't find a source anywhere for any good psychedelics in my area. I suffer some pretty bad anxiety and i got a chance to try K and man it was a miracle substance, I felt free, the only high or euphoria was from the relief of my vices being released, that's exactly what it did
The psychedelic experience is temporary but many people have permanent results first shrooms trip was really awesome, it felt like i was deep into the sea
I have tried to clone mushrooms from the store but everytime I end up growing mold, I tried reanimating a dried fruit my buddy that had been in my Friends trunk for months, grew clean for the most part and was able to isolate the healthy myc.
Love the videos but I’m not sure what a ‘lie-bury’ is? Is that kind of close to a library? As in there’s 2 “r’s” in the word? Or is this a lie that you bury? Lie-bury?
Can any one help, I inoculated a grain bag with a spore syringe then shook the bag right after, I feel like shaking the bag was a bad idea and would like to know if anyone has any experience and could give me some advice, thanks
psychedelic containing mushroom saves my life .the drastically reduced my benzodiapine withdrawal allowing me to quit illicit pills addition after three years of heavy daily use before it becomes Medically dangerous to quit. This help me control my emotions

your video is very helpful and interesting.. I'm from Vietnam and I have a question I hope you can answer: is there a way to disinfect the fungal spores to get rid of mold and bacteria before inoculating the spores into the petri agar? eg: can i use 90 degree alcohol or brine to soak the mushroom spores, will soaking the mushroom spores in it damage the spores? i have tried putting spores in agar but most of them are contaminated even though i checked my agar is completely sterile... Thank you...
Unfortunately it doesnt matter much about taking a core sample. Youll still get a few duds in regards to sterilization but i find my favorite way is to use the underside of the mushroom cap if i have access to it. Swabbing it for spores usually does the trick for me and i find that i get less contam from the swab method and can get more plates out of the spores. Maybe ive just been lucky though.
What if I'll place pieces of dry mushroom in a 3 percent solution of hydrogen peroxide for 1 minute, then rinse in sterile water. and put in sterile water for 12 hours, then rinse again in hydrogen peroxide and then rinse and put in agar?
only half helpful tbh. how am I supposed to store them after putting them into the dish? for how long? how do good and bad outcomes look? how do I need to proceed from here? can someone point me into the right direction? 😊
I'll recommend you to a store I got some of psychedelic products Lsd, edibles, weed, cannabis, DMT,mushrooms XTC, Xanax, vape pen and they Also help out with newbies and they give great treat and for newbies🍄🍄.....
lol just how they say it in Massachusetts. I used to make fun of my mom for her pronunciation of several words, but then I heard others from Massachusetts talk and learned it was a regional thing
