What do you suggest for riding boots for someone with flat feet? Would you build up the underside of the insole? I've always ridden Olathe, Hondo, and Wilson boots, but in my forties, apparently, I need better shoeing. (I'm a farrier who grew up cowboying and consequently, have a severely banged up skeleton.
