The diffential is fine. Just weld the differential again and use much filler!. Don't just weld the cogs together you gotta melt the whole diff in one giant metal ball.

I can assure you it's rekt.. The pignon wheel is 30% gone haha.

Well shit then it's screwed. A tip, don't try to put a new diff and pignon from another axle in yours now. You will need to shim it in and that's tedius and time consuming. So just buy a whole rear axle instead much simpler and easier. I expreienced that on my old Volvo 240 the hard way! ;)

In sweden we are littearly removing the springs entirely, so thats now low haha, some people actually cut the chassi aswell to go even lower
