Thank you for this amazing video! I usually wake up at 7am and I can’t go to the gym because I have to be in my job at 8. So I’ll try waking up at 6am, I think, after watching your video, it will be great to achieve my goals and arrive at the gym at 6:30. Thank you again for this amazing video! ❤

This is going to sound weird but if I get up at 6 am I literally have nothing to do. My home is always clean and tidy, I start my workday at 9 and I workout 3 times a week. What the hell am I supposed to do that early that I cant do at 8?
Not weird at all!! I’ve had this conversation before with people in my life and they say the same thing. That if they wake up early and get everything done quick, there’s not much else for them to do. Everyone’s routine is different so it totally depends on that. I always have a jam packed day and I knew waking up earlier was best for me to get it all figured out but don’t worry! Do a routine that works best for you 😊🫶
