I want to thank the person who asked about offering some king of reward for referals: I was thinking along the same lines - to offer some kind of discount or kick-back for every refferal I get from a customer, but from Steli's response I realised that this won't always work to my best interest. Beware not to devalue your offer by offering cheap/ worthless discounts or other gimmicks.
Thanks for the hint below with the 10:00min. It's hard to listen to that guy. Too much swearing and an offending voice. I'm not sure if he is actually an asset to his company ... and he actually commented on that.
