After combing through some tutorials we made when we were first getting started teaching people how to get started screen printing cheaply, I found this video. It is still useful today. I have used this very technique to burn giant screen printing screens without a burning unit (aka exposure unit). The biggest screen I ever burned using this technique was 7 feet wide by about 4 feet tall. We used it to screen print a big logo on a tent wall. It's funny to see little pieces of the past that lead up to the development of the Merchmakr screen printing system. The EZ press mentioned and shown in this video was a "build your own" that I developed way back in the day.
