Namaskaram, just a comment on the video by having so many jumps between frames with the colour flashes while changing frames is giving me the feeling of epilapsy. Otherwise a great video, when I want to loose belly fat I just stick to fruits and belly dissapears. Or just dont eat to 100% full stay at 3/4 the body gets used to it ofter some time and it feels great. Time of sleep, time of eating and Hatha yoga plays a great role in keeping body in shape.

Absolutely i do agree with epilepsy part and i have experinced it too. Also i tend to avoid such flashy videos but this one is educating on belly fat, so wanted to understand the reasons. I too got the answers. A calm talking with few clipping is fine to go with. Informative video as well. would be glad if the host @shlloka8983 is considering these suggestions. Thanks in advance.

If you have high immunity then your metabolism goes down both operate in reverse manner............ check sleep qualities it will tell you about high temperature means high immunity all the time .

I was advised my your ayurvedic doctor to eat 3 times a day to avoid being constipated. Eating 3 times a day has helped me with my bowel movements.

After taking neem and haldi on empty stomach, consuming any of your suggestions might not be technically on empty stomach. Is that okay to consume after neem and haldi with honey water?

Namaskaram, when anything is suggested to take on an empty stomach, it means that it has to be consumed first, and many of such remedies / food supplements are suggested to be consumed on an empty stomach. So, in such a case, you need to prioritize your need. If you are taking neem and turmeric with honey water, that alone is enough to maintain weight / loose belly fat. Otherwise, you can give a break for 2 weeks for the previous supplement and start the new one.
