1:Early morning kalwanji seeds and warm water or water with lemon. 2:Exercise in morning. 3:Breakfast 3 tbsp oats with fruits and seeds./ Omlette with lots of veggies with 2 brown breads.. 4:chana chat for lunch with veggies and pomegranate sprinkle chana chat and pink salt. Walk for an hour or 2 after that. * take husk water for constipation ideally before meal. Incase of snacking just take healthy options. 5:Dinner : take any meal but jn portions specially add salad take lots of daal and luttle bit rice n mostly takes 60 to 70 grm roti in dinner. Post dinner drink: ginger+podina+sonf tea add some lemon and after thia tea walk half more hour for extra benefits.

Din me 4 time green tea ya black coffee. Black coffee is more effective .. 3 bacche hai mere.. but now m looking so beautiful slim n trim. She is absolutely right about the eating habits. It’s always a lifestyle and mindset change that you have to incorporate for long term and sustainable results. Protein and fiber are the key components for staying full and lowering the sugar spikes, that actually help you to stay in calorie deficit. However, there shouldn’t be any restrictions. You can follow a 80/20 % rule. Where you have to 80% consume whole nutritious food for providing all the nutrients to your body and 20% your cheat meals. Most importantly resistance or weight training does wonders as It increases the metabolism of your body. Muscle recovery burns stored fat for energy and recovery, and over time you have a much toned physique, increased lean muscle mass and low body fat percentage. Incorporating cardio 15-20 mins a day alongside weight lifting can also speed up the process.

I lost weight in a similar fashion and lost around 15kgs, maintained it for 2 whole years, after moving to my hostel and staying away from home for studies, i gained around 8 kgs again due to poor diet and lack of exercise. I am determined to loose this extra weight before my MBA ends. There's roughly 1 and a half months left. Thanks for the motivation.

Mujhe PCOD ki bimaari he isliye aapke jitna weight mera kam nahi hua but jitnebhi diet plan the usme sabse zyada fayfa bua mujhe highprotien low carb diet se. Bottom line, eat healthy, reduce intake sugar and do exercise on regular basis, everyone can stay healthy and slim. I I am in my late 50 now and I have the same weight as I was in my teen age or 20. And its 110 pounds.
